2026 Registration Forms
Complete registrations are required before official play and uniform distribution.
Complete registrations include:
- Current USA Lacrosse Membership (purchased through usalacrosse.com).
- Current physical on file with RHS. (Do not send physicals to Roseburg Lacrosse).
- Completed Application Packet, Registration Fees and Equipment Deposits.
Through the support of Roseburg Public Schools, and grants the club has received, we are excited to announce that registration fees will continue to be $150.00 for the 2026 season!

Poster Sponsor Letter
Thank you for continued support of Roseburg Lacrosse. Each registered player is required to participate in fundraising activities. The club continues to work to make the sport accessible for all players and this is done through the thoughtful donations of our community. In order to distribute posters to sponsors before the end of the season we ask that sponsor submissions are completed by March 27th.

Apparel Order Flyer
Roseburg Lacrosse partners with The 1257 Boutique for our apparel orders. The lacrosse section of the RHS Spirit store is open and includes multiple items in various sizes and colors (with more coming soon)! We appreciate our collaboration with The 1257 as they offer the opportunity for the club to receive a portion of orders back as a donation. This means your purchases also support the club. It’s a win-win-win!!
Lunch Donation Flyer
For the past 4 years Roseburg Lacrosse Club has provided sack lunches/snacks for players and coaches during all away games. This program would not be possible without the donations from our player’s family and friends of food items and/or funds to purchase needed items. Many thanks to all of our donors!!
